We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Facilities Management Administrator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Corporate Services.
As a Facilities Management Administrator you'll:
Coordinate and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and log reactive work orders
Liaise with engineers and contractors to ensure timely completion and compliance
Maintain and update documentation and records using CAFM/CMMS systems
Support internal reporting, billing, audits, and performance metrics
What we're looking for:
Strong administrative background with experience in facilities or technical environments
Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience planning and coordinating PPM and contractor works
Exceptional communication, accuracy, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and support audits and compliance
