In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our event sales and delivery, working with clients to bring their vision to life in one of the North West’s most iconic sporting venues.

At Sodexo Live!, we believe in creating exceptional moments for our clients and guests – and for our people. You’ll be part of a supportive and innovative team, with opportunities to grow your skills and make your mark at a venue that’s steeped in history and alive with excitement.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales and events career and thrive in a role where every day is different, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for all event enquiries, providing exceptional service and creative solutions to clients.
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, from corporate meetings and weddings to matchday hospitality.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate closely with our operations and culinary teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Proactively drive event sales and meet revenue targets through effective account management and lead generation.
  • Manage event administration, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up, maintaining accurate records and providing timely communication.
  • Contribute to the wider success of Sodexo Live! at Blackburn Rovers by championing our brand values and commitment to excellence.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for a confident, driven, and customer-focused professional with:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales or events role within hospitality, events, or similar sectors.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events demand.

What we offer:
