We're Hiring: Technical Services Manager (UK) – Sodexo for Microsoft Account
Location: No fixed location
Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary- £65,000 per annum

The Role:
As Technical Services Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of integrated facilities management services for Microsoft’s UK sites. You’ll work closely with site teams, ensuring technical operations are compliant, efficient, and continually improving.
This is a
client-facing leadership role, requiring regular site visits, technical
mentorship, audit oversight, and emergency response support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and operational support across the UK portfolio
- Conduct audits and drive compliance with Sodexo and legal standards
- Support and mentor Technical Services Supervisors, including direct management at Enfield
- Champion a zero-harm safety culture and promote best practice in contractor management
- Offer subject matter expertise on OPEX/CAPEX planning, lifecycle asset management, and project support
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Microsoft and Sodexo teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Engineering qualification (minimum NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
- Professional accreditation or working towards (e.g. IET, RICS, IWFM)
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, H&S compliance, and risk management
- Hands-on experience with vendor management, auditing, and technical mentoring
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- IT literate with experience using CMMS and business applications
