Job Title: Finance & Admin Lead – South (Hybrid)
Location: South England
Salary: £41,000
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday
Bonus- 10% Functional bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a
dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Lead to deliver and govern a
robust administration function supporting Integrated Facilities Management
(IFM) across multiple service lines and sites in the South. You will play a
pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, enhancing data analysis
capability, and enabling operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the month-end process and ensure P&L accuracy within SAP
- Deliver proactive financial analysis and benchmarking across sites
- Lead data reporting and trend analysis to support contract development
- Support project management teams with accurate and timely financial inputs
- Provide training to improve site-level financial and commercial knowledge
- Govern client billing, purchase orders, and project cost allocation
- Participate in client and internal governance reviews
Skills and Experience
- Experience in finance or supply management (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and Power BI (desirable)
- Working towards or qualified (CA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, methodical, and process driven
- Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
