As a Cleaning Team Leader-  you’ll have the opportunity to supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that our standards are met, and we’re exceeding client expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe space while being a key part of a team that’s helping improve the environment for everyone we interact with.

We’re looking for a motivated Cleaning Team Leader to manage daily cleaning operations and lead a team to deliver high-quality service.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support a team of cleaners

• Organise daily tasks and ensure standards are met

• Manage staff rotas, performance, and training

• Maintain health & safety and hygiene compliance

• Liaise with clients and support the FM Manager

• Help manage cleaning supplies, budgets, and third-party services

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or supervisory role, with a good knowledge of cleaning solutions and their appropriate use.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• A proactive, positive attitude, with a strong focus on team work and health and safety.
