As a Catering Staff  at Sodexo at one of our prestigious schools in beautiful Hurstpierpoint College, 'Hurst Street', Hassocks, West Sussex, BN6 9JS, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will be a team player, making a difference each and every day. Your passion for food and organizational excellence will help support an entire food and beverage production. What you’ll do:

• Be passionate about either Catering within our school ensuring a Hygienic and healthy environment for our students, colleagues and visitors at all times
• Provide the highest quality of food service
• Prepare and cook orders requiring short and broader preparation time
• A genuine enthusiasm for cooking and a commitment to providing high-quality dining experiences for students, staff, or visitors.
• Ability to develop and present innovative and appealing dishes that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary requirements.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment
• Provide the highest level on cleanliness creating a safe environment for all within the school
• Safe use of equipment and Chemicals following company guidelines.
