What’s the role all about?

This isn’t a desk-bound, coffee-fetching internship. This is hands-on, fast-paced, real-world impact stuff.

You'll help roll out and revolutionise the way Sodexo engages with schools, students, and parents through cutting-edge digital tools. From deploying a sleek new meal pre-order app to training on-site teams, to working with data that really matters — your work will shape how 500+ students and staff experience daily life in our schools.

Your Mission:

• Lead the launch or migration of our brand-new digital food platform in schools

• Help plan the deployment, create training, and deliver it to teams, parents & students

• Visit schools, run training sessions, build presentations and support users

• Analyse data to drive smarter decisions and better service (think food popularity trends, engagement stats, and more)

• Coordinate events and immersion sessions for big menu launches and product testing

• Work side-by-side with a multi-award-winning marketing team

Who’s this for?

• Just finished A-Levels or college?

• University not worked out for you, however, you still want a degree and a career?

Bonus if you’ve studied business, ICT, or computing – but it’s not essential.

You’ll need:

• A full UK driving licence (you’ll occasionally travel to school sites)

• Great communication skills – written, verbal, and digital

• Confidence to engage with a wide range of people (from headteachers to kitchen teams)

• Curiosity for data, platforms, and how tech can make life better

• A passion for learning, progressing, and making your mark
