We are currently seeking Domestic Cleaners to join our team at Sodexo in Felixstowe Hospital and the Minor Injuries Clinic, Constable Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk,  IP11 7HJ. As a Domestic Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at our hospital. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and excellent organisational skills. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have a keen eye for detail, join Sodexo and be part of something greater. What you’ll do:

• Maintain patient safety by keeping their rooms, wards, communal areas, restrooms, and other hospital areas clean.
• Strip and clean beds and collect linen 
• Clean desks, ceilings and vents, walls, blinds, and other surfaces to create a sterile, safe environment.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, polish floors, and replenish supplies 
• Emptying bins and waste containers 
• Actively champion a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff
