As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity to supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that our standards are met, and we’re exceeding client expectations. What You’ll Do:
Motivate and supervise your cleaning team, ensuring all contracted tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of various areas including kitchens, toilets, and communal spaces, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
Manage the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables such as toilet paper, cleaning products, and appliances.
Take responsibility for identifying and reporting any safety hazards, conducting regular safety walks to ensure a secure working environment.
What You Bring:
Previous experience in a similar cleaning or supervisory role, with a good knowledge of cleaning solutions and their appropriate use.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
A proactive, positive attitude, with a strong focus on team work and health and safety.
