As a Ward Supervisor at Sodexo at Fortius Clinic, 66 Wigmore street, London, W1U 2SB, You will be in responsible for leading a team and managing daily cleaning operations to improve the quality of people's lives. Ensuring that your team creates a clean and sterile environment for the well-being and safety of patients, staff, and visitors is a critical role in preventing the spread of infection. What you’ll do:
Manage the Ward catering team, ensuring all shifts are sufficiently covered at all times; discuss any required changes with the Client Services Manager.
Ensure that the quality of the catering service is maintained at the required level as set out in the SLAs.
Assist in the preparation and serving of all patient, visitor, and staff meals at the required times, meeting the company’s standard and client satisfaction.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are monitored, measured, and managed.
Aid the Client Services Manager with the recruitment of staff.
Support line manager in carrying out appraisals, training, development, rewarding, and recognition of achievements.
Adhere to all legislation, client, and company policies in the provision of the catering service.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policy.
Assist with ordering, receiving, checking, and storing deliveries as required.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation and service areas, in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Assist in stocktaking and ensure the security of stores during all working hours.
Ensure the security of all the establishment’s provisions, equipment, and utensils at all times.
Assist with weekly accounts in accordance with company policy.
Organise weekly/monthly meetings with Sodexo staff.
Complete all audit and quality standards documentation as required.
Provide general assistance throughout the catering department as needed.

Ability to understand and adhere to legislation at all times
Ability to understand detailed instructions
Desirable:
Food hygiene level 2 or above
