  We’re looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our passionate culinary team where creativity meets excellence! ️✨

  What you'll do: 

  • Prepare and cook quality food with minimal waste, ensuring customer choice is always met.

  • Take ownership of a specific kitchen station, maintaining control and efficiency.

  • Follow senior chefs' directions and support junior staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

  • Adhere to strict food hygiene standards and maintain high presentation and taste quality.

  • Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organised while completing necessary records and paperwork.

• What you'll bring: 

  • Strong team player with great interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about food and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Holds a Food Hygiene Certificate and relevant culinary qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ).

  • Committed to high standards and quality-driven results.

  • Brings a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and experience in a similar environment.
