Our i2020 contract services the full estate across all hard FM of our prestigious blue-collar client, which consists of 69 operational sites.

Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact, and we’re looking for an experienced project manager to lead our upcoming projects and drive our success.

 What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and set clear expectations.
  • Monitor project performance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and updates at all stages.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and organised, meeting company and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

What you bring:

  • Educated to Degree level at classification 2:1 or above
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and delivering construction projects ranging in value up to £5m
  • Hold professional membership with one of the following bodies: CIOB, RICS, BIFM, CIBSE, CIAT,RIBA (Desirable) 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees at all levels
  • Experience of working with Government contracts and Clients
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
