Join Our Team as a Senior Cook at Sodexo in Dublin 6 – Where Passion Meets Opportunity!
If you’re an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who loves to cook, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- To plan, prepare, cook and appropriately present meals to our 25 residents
- Ability to follow recipes well and have a good experience in volume cooking
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are observed at all times
- To ensure routine day to day as well as specialised cleaning of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, kitchen floors and storage areas
- To ensure waste is controlled with regard to preparation and cooking
- To accurately follow our HACCP systems
- To undertake any other tasks appropriate with the duties and responsibilities of the post
- To attend any relevant training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped to perform your role effectively
- Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture
- Have the experience and ability to take responsibility for service in the absence of the head chef
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a cook in a professional setting
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
- Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive can do attitude
