Finance Manager

Location: Central Bank Site/WFH

Salary: 65,000 Euros


As a Finance Manager at Sodexo based at the Central Bank Site, you are a skilled financial leader and a strategic partner. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Sodexo's corporate services activity in Ireland, primarily managing the Central Bank of Ireland Contract. Your work will help ensure financial stability, drive growth, and enable operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

Support Account Directors and Managers in significant decision-making and deliver accurate monthly financial results.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, challenging and guiding operational teams for maximum performance.

Provide financial insights for client meetings, contract renewals, and proposals for new/existing services.

Maintain robust financial controls, ensuring compliance with policies on VAT, cost control, and cash management.

Analyse performance trends, identify opportunities, and implement improvements alongside operational and finance teams.


What you bring:

Degree or equivalent with an advanced-stage accounting qualification and at least 5 years of finance experience.

Proven track record in financial modeling, commercial analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to collaborate and work autonomously.

Flexibility to travel as needed for client site meetings and reviews.
