Job Introduction

Sodexo delivers a wide range of services to meet the unique and varied needs of each client across Corporate Services.

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Head Chef to join one of our prestigious clients based at their sites in Uxbridge, West London.

This is a busy and varied role where you will work alongside the Executive Chef to prepare, cook and serve up to 400 meals per sitting per day from a pre-prepared rolling menu. 

You will ideally have an NVQ Level 3 in Catering or equivalent along with a Level 2 in Food Safety and proven experience as a head chef in corporate events and hospitality. In addition, you will be resilient, manage your time effectively, possess good communication and customer service skills and be able to handle multiple priorities.

Leading from the front you will be responsible for the following:

  • Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
  • Stock Control
  • Audits
  • Staff training and briefings 

This role will be working Monday to Friday with some occasional evening work as and when required.
