What you’ll do:

  • Carry out reactive, proactive and preventative maintenance in a safe responsible efficient manner.
  • Maintain, Repair and Improve building fabric, services and systems.
  • Tasks will include the need for electrical, mechanical and fabric proficiency together with a flexible can do approach.
  • The safe testing, operation and maintenance of plant and equipment
  • Carry out all work (electrical, mechanical, fabric, waste or porterage/moves) in a timely, obliging, and supportive manner.
  • Provide instruction and guidance for third party engineers, colleagues.

What you bring:

  • City & Guilds 2360-Parts 1 and 2. Or equivalent Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installation

  • City & Guilds 2382-18 Level 3 Certificate in the requirements of electrical installations (18th edition wiring regulations)

  • City & Guilds 2391/ 2395 Level 3 Certificate in Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations

  • Proven experience in a Electrical/Fabric maintenance  position 

  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
