What you’ll do:

Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance: Perform maintenance and reactive tasks on a wide range of Electrical and Mechanical Building Services equipment, including LV systems, lighting, BMS systems, boilers, pumps, and air handling units.

Team Collaboration and Safety: Be an integral part of the team ensuring the safe operation and repair of M&E building services while adhering to the Permit to Work System, Risk Assessments, and Safe Systems of Work.

Shift-Based Presence: Provide consistent support by working within a shift system to maintain a reliable on-site presence.

Energy Efficiency and Monitoring: Participate in energy-saving initiatives and promote efficient energy use while monitoring and reporting sub-contractor performance.

IT and Performance Management: Utilize IT systems, including handheld devices and CAFM systems, to manage tasks and participate in performance reviews to identify and address training and development needs.
