What you’ll do:

Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism

Adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and prioritizing a varied workload proactively.

Provide exceptional 5-star customer service, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across the Campus.
- Administer the booking process from request to execution, supporting customers and events, including meetings, conferences, and walking tours.
- Maintain site operations by managing meeting room technology, responding to customer queries, and supporting with reception and catering duties when necessary.
What you bring:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key

A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
