Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Salary: €60,000 to €65,000
As an Electrical Supervisor at Sodexo, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional facilities management and technical services with a specific focus on electrical systems. Your expertise in electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and compliance will drive the delivery of both planned and reactive repairs across our site, ensuring safety, reliability, and client satisfaction.
In this position, you’ll lead a skilled team, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with clients to meet and exceed their expectations. Your hands-on technical knowledge and strategic oversight will ensure that our electrical and technical services are performed to the highest standard. What you’ll do:
• Lead and supervise the technical and FM teams, with a focus on electrical maintenance and compliance.
• Perform hands-on planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and oversee the safe operation of on-site electrical systems.
• Coordinate subcontractors for electrical repairs, inspections, and testing.
• Act as the point of escalation for electrical and technical issues, providing solutions and ensuring minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with site leads to implement electrical maintenance strategies and improve operational efficiency.
What you bring:
• Qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related trade, with extensive hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and systems.
• FETAC National Craft Certificate in the Electrical Trade.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Experience managing technical maintenance projects and supervising electrical teams.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems and a solid understanding of maintenance systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage priorities and build client relationships.
