Job Introduction

Facilities Team Lead

Location: Pfizer Grange Castle

Salary: 55,000 Euros

You will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal condition of assets, infrastructure, and the fabric of the built environment across both GMP and Non-GMP locations on-site. What you’ll do:

Oversee the condition of assets, infrastructure, and the built environment.

Ensure all planned maintenance activities are established in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Collaborate with the Helpdesk and CMMS planner to optimise service delivery.

Manage the operational compliance of the maintenance team, allocating corrective and reactive tasks with the Helpdesk Team.

Maintain up-to-date Risk Assessments & Method Statements and ensure staff training compliance.

Generate quotations and purchase orders for planned and reactive work while maintaining a cost tracker.

Act as the primary Point of Contact for the client on all Building & Facilities Management (BFM) activities within your buildings.

Manage and report on site safety metrics, conducting safety walks with team members.


What you bring:

Engineering or Facilities Management qualification at level 7 or higher.

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.

Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organisational abilities and a high sense of responsibility.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
