- Full site inductions and uniform provided
*Whilst this role is mobile, the roles main base will be at our site in Leven, however this has scope for flexibility

What you’ll do:
- Step in to manage catering operations across various locations, ensuring the smooth delivery of food offers and efficient kitchen management
- Manage and support teams of chefs and catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment for all
- Bring your ideas to the table, and collaborate with the wider hospitality teams using your experience of multiple locations
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and health and safety and compliance across the teams and locations
- Support with the stock management/data collation at site when required, and ensure all current legislative requirements are met
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager, Chef Manager or Head Chef in a corporate or high-volume setting
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Relevant professional training
- Ability to build rapport, lead and manage a team
- Financial understanding and able to navigate IT systems
- Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
