Catering and Cleaning Manager (GXP/GMP)

Location: Limerick

Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 + excellent employee benefits


Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering and Cleaning Manager to lead our onsite team at a prestigious pharmaceutical site in Limerick. This is the largest greenfield pharmaceutical development in the area, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take on this unique challenge.

As the Catering and Cleaning Manager, you will be the first point of contact for Sodexo’s soft services on-site, overseeing our large catering operations and GXP/GMP Cleaning Services. You’ll manage personnel and sub-contractors, ensuring work meets both Sodexo and client standards while fostering a team environment built on excellence and compliance.

What you’ll do

Manage and oversee catering and GXP/GMP cleaning services to ensure high standards and compliance with client specifications.

Lead and support your team, allocating responsibilities effectively while developing and motivating personnel.

Coordinate soft services and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to both Sodexo and client performance standards.

Drive company initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.

Serve as the primary on-site contact, fostering strong relationships with the client and ensuring seamless communication.


What you bring

Proven experience managing cleaning services, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or a GXP/GMP-compliant environment.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams across catering and soft services.

A practical, hands-on approach to managing multiple priorities effectively.

Experience driving compliance and company initiatives.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
