Job Introduction
As a Biomedical Engineer for Sodexo based at MTS covering Central and West London you are also a problem solver, and safety promoter. We will rely on your expert knowledge and medical equipment technical skills to provide planned and remedial repair on a wide range of biomedical devices on all specified sites. You will work closely with the account manager and / or the Biomedical Engineer Team Leader to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved, also completing associated administration relating to your daily activity. By keeping others safe, your actions have meaningful impact.
To be successful in this role you must be a driver with a license for over 2 years. These are field based roles as you will be out and about across the Central and West London region.
Relevant experience and excellent communication skills are key; you will support customers whilst building strong relationships including subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of medical devices.
- Carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) on a wide range of medical devices.
- Work to manufacturers specifications regarding their maintenance techniques.
- Complete all admin work associated with planned and remedial repairs on the company’s database.
- Work closely under the guidance of the Senior Biomedical Engineer.
- Exceed KPI targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Always maintain safe working practices and comply with the Health and Safety policy.
- Maintain stock levels of spare parts.

Ideal Candidate
What you bring:
- Proven experience in the biomedical field.
- Good organisational skills.
- Possess an understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
- A strong commitment to Quality objectives and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team or unsupervised if required.
- Customer relationship development.
- Car driver minimum 2 years
