Are you passionate about fitness and eager to inspire others on their health journey? The Health and Wellbeing of our clients and customers should be second to none, We've an amazing opportunity as a Health and Wellbeing Advisor at The Shell Centre, London!
What you'll do:
- Be responsible within the gym area, ensuring all members are correctly screened and inducted with suitable fitness programmes issued, regularly reviewed and updated.
- Teach a variety of classes, whilst assisting with the class schedule and ensuring classes meet with client and customer expectations.
- Serve as members' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience through excellent service and proactive communication. Develop feedback mechanisms to assess satisfaction and adapt wellness strategies accordingly.
- Manage the operational aspects of the gym, ensuring high standards of service and facility management, with an emphasis on wellness.
- Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all members and staff. Regularly review and update safety protocols and emergency response strategies.
What you bring:
- Candidates must hold a Level 3 personal training qualification
- Ability and experience holding group classes, including spin, strength and conditioning, box-fit , & mobility (Pilates qualification would be an advantage)
- Ability to conduct health assessments
- Excellent people skills to engage and motivate participants
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively working with diverse clients and professionals.
- A background in fitness industry with a strategic vision for integrating wellness into traditional fitness settings.
- Be willing to hold Health and Wellbeing events within the building, also hold the confidence to approach our cliental on site and advertise our facilities/programmes.
