Job Introduction

As a Soft Services Manager with Sodexo, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure significant business growth and deliver high-quality services across various site functions. Join our team and lead with purpose, driving excellence and innovation.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide strategic leadership and act as an ambassador for Vested Contract behavior on-site.
  • Develop and build strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement and maintain business improvement processes and standardization.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of services, including Catering, Cleaning, Security, Reception, and Waste Management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Drive the development and motivation of a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with country and regional management teams to align with business strategies.
  • Ensure financial performance aligns with budget and maximize contract profitability.
  • Proactively address and resolve operational issues and escalations.

What you bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in soft services.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges.
