What you’ll do:     

  • Lead and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and address any issues promptly
  • Communication is key, to ensure you understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Execute daily cleaning tasks to maintain a pristine workplace.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.

What you bring: 

  • Previous cleaning supervisory experience is essential
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning priorities
