Job Introduction

As a Business Health Check Manager at Sodexo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and best practices across our Corporate Services in the UK&I. This position involves regular travel to our sites, where you will conduct thorough Business Health Checks, provide guidance on process improvements and drive consistent compliance across the contract base.

What you’ll do:
 • Conduct site-based compliance reviews using the Business Health Check system to ensure adherence to Sodexo policies and procedures
 • Prepare, track, support, and complete site-based action plans
 • Provide advice and guidance to operational teams on process improvements and areas of risk
 • Support the deployment of Sodexo Management System (SMS) and advocate the use of the Business Health Check application
 • Share best practices and drive consistency in service lines across the UK&I in line with Sodexo policies
 • Lead and advocate training on the Business Health Check system through toolbox talks and 1:1 training sessions
 • Work collectively to achieve business objectives while promoting collaboration, coordination, and teamwork

What you bring: • Strong operational focus with an understanding of Sodexo policies and procedures
 • Commercial awareness and ability to manage results rigorously
 • Empathy towards operational workloads and ability to introduce effective training methods
 • Experience in client and customer satisfaction strategies and implementation
 • Leadership and people management skills, with a focus on excellence
 • Innovation and change management skills
 • Desirable: Experience in business transformation programmes
