  • Week 1 - 5 days Friday to Monday & Thursday. Week 2 - 2 days Tuesday & Wednesday - Alternate weekends 4 or 5 shifts per week - Night shift 20:00-3:00am

Sodexo is searching for a Food Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Derry (BT48 0BF)

If  you are an enthusiastic individual, you would like to thrive in a friendly environment and can help assist preparing mouth watering dishes, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing salads and assembling dishes accordingly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of food service areas, including the dining area and kitchen facilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, serving food and addressing any queries
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively and a willingness to assist in various tasks needed
