You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of Supervisors , to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective catering service in Amex Centurion Lounge.  In addition to act as cover for the General Manager in his/her absence.
  • Support the General Manager in the day to day management of the Catering Teams – compiling rotas and updating staffing schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • To ensure the daily food safety and allergen paperwork is completed to the required standard and to report/take action on shortfalls.
  • Support General manager on planning and delivering high standard of facilities management.   
  • Ensure all new catering & front of house staff are inducted and provided with comprehensive on the job training.
  • To support and manage all aspects of production and presentation of service, having regard for delivering high standards of health and safety, hygiene, nutritional value and allergen control and ensure non-compliance is reported.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A recognised food hygiene qualification.
  • Knowledge of volume catering
  • Clear understanding of Health and Safety legislation
  • Clear understanding of Food Hygiene legislation
  • Ability to supervise and develop junior members of the catering team
  • A strong background in staff management and a thorough understanding of conducting investigations and performance management.
