Job Introduction

Are you are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? Sodexo are seeking a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer in Kingston - KT1 2BA to join our team!

As a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer you will lead group fitness classes, provide personalised training sessions, and offer exercise techniques and nutrition. 

Your role will involve creating motivating workout plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring safety during exercises, and fostering a positive and supportive environment. Actively engaging with our fabulous corporate client and their staff to promote a culture of wellbeing.

        What you bring:  

  • Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal trainer

  • Strong understanding of exercise and nutrition principles

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passion for health and fitness
