Catering Manager

What you’ll do: 

• Manage the kitchen, onsite restaurants, hospitality events, and vending services, ensuring outstanding service delivery and business growth

• Prepare accurate financial information and monthly reconciliations, reporting against budget and forecasting year-end positions

• Manage client billing for commercial services and attend monthly client finance reviews

• Plan, organise, and control all aspects of services and activities within client and company guidelines

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, particularly in health and safety

What you bring:

• Positive attitude and keen eye for detail

• Experience in business management or related field

• Good IT skills and strong communication skills

• Experience in working within a safety culture/zero harm culture

• Ability to guide staff with clear communication and deliver high-quality customer service

• Desirable: Familiarity with Sodexo policies and procedures, health and safety qualification, and personal licence holder
