Job Introduction

As a Workplace Manager at Sodexo, you are also a leader and a collaborator. You will manage the delivery of multiple Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services to London/Greater London sites within the contract, ensuring outstanding service delivery at all times and exceeding all Sodexo targets. What you’ll do: 

• Have a strong understanding of all service offers contained within the client contract, drawing upon Centres of Excellence where appropriate

• Support the account manager/director/project manager in the delivery of mobilisations

• Contribute to business development by evaluating, reviewing, and recommending additional scope of work and services

• Sell additional services and increase revenue growth through integration, innovation, and efficiencies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with on-site clients and ensure contract operates within commercial and legal terms


What you bring:

• Experienced in using Microsoft Office

• Previous experience of operational management in a similar environment

• People management experience

• Excellent customer focus and ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work flexibly with great responsiveness

• A positive approach to learning in the role and identifying own training needs as appropriate

• Desirable: IOSH managing safely qualification and experience of managing conflicting expectations of the client and site community
