Job Introduction

Are you are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? Sodexo are seeking a Fitness Instructor at our brand new site, with new state of the art equipment and technology, in Greater London, WC1A 1DG​ to join our team! 

As a Fitness Instructor you will lead group fitness classes, provide personalised training sessions, and offer exercise techniques and nutrition. 

Your role will involve creating motivating workout plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring safety during exercises, and fostering a positive and supportive environment

        What you bring:  

  • Minimum of level 3 personal trainer or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of exercise and nutrition principles

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A passion for teaching classes. Group cycle, Yoga and Pilates will be an advantage, but not essential.

  • Be a team player, you will be part of a small team, it will be essential to have good team player skills.

  • As part of your job role, you will be expected to go beyond the gym environment and offer wellness activities around the building.
