MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work with the Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary delivery at the venue which will include events and retail offerings
  • Innovation and high level food offer concept delivery and design that is continually ahead of/on trend with relevant markets
  • Delivery of consistent levels of service, within the Company's standards, to support contract specifications, service offer and agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets
  • Compliance to company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH            
  • Development of supplier relationships to support the business strategy

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will have a background and passion for retail catering and be committed to exceeding the expectations of our client.  The role requires focus on the consumer market so you will have the ability to identify the needs of the customer demographic and deliver food offerings that will delight them.

This role also requires a strong commitment to teamwork and excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in food safety compliance and operational standards.

You will also have:

Essential:

  • Experience in the delivery of retail food operations
  • Good communication skills
  • A chef/catering qualification ( or be qualified by experience)    
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification (can be taken on site)
