Location: London

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 & range of excellent employee benefits

Onsite – Monday-Friday – Early & Late shifts 

Sodexo has a great opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our established team working with our clients based in London.

Joining our team at their global headquarters, you will undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, to a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services equipment including but not limited to: general lighting, building controls, small power and distribution heating, electric water heaters, Electric LTHW boilers, pumps, Industrial Electric Water Heaters and associated pipework & valves, Geberit & Dolphin sanitary ware, fan coil units, (AHU) Air Handling Units and BMS systems and other equipment found in modern commercial office premises. 

The Multi-Skilled Engineer will be an essential part of the local team who will ensure the safe operation and repair of all M&E building services and fabric equipment on the site and implement systems that will ensure plant is maintained and operated to its optimum efficiency, participating in departmental energy saving schemes and promote the understanding and importance of the economic use of energy.

You will assume responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and site-specific health, safety & welfare policies and be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve.

About You 

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 

•    5 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical building services and plant engineering (Preferred)

•    Previous appointment as AP/CP for one or more of the following disciplines, Electrical, PSSR, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces

•    Experience of Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM)

•    SVQ/NVQ L3 in Mechanical (Maintenance Engineering or higher)

•    C&G 2382-22 Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018

•    IOSH/NEBOSH (Preferred)

This position will require the successful candidate to undergo a standard DBS check. Therefore, eligibility is a must.
