Service Manager Roles Available - Across the United Kingdom
Full time / Part time positions available
£12.50 - £18.00 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
Job Introduction
Maintain operational excellence.
As a Services Manager at Sodexo, you'll will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service departments, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of skilled service professionals. You will work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless delivery and contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you’ll do:

Develop and implement service procedures, policies and standards

Maintain an organised and efficient service department including inventory management and scheduling

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
What you bring:

Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision making

Strong dedication to service excellence
