Job Introduction

Maintain operational excellence.

As a Facilities Supervisor at Sodexo, you'll will be responsible for our prestigious sites and overseeing the operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repair, security and catering. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and he ability to manage multiple tasks.

  What you’ll do:  

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the facilities team, including maintenance staff, cleaners and security.

  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety systems

  • Oversee facility inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Manage facility budgets, track expenses and prepare financial reports

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards are maintained

What you bring:  

  • Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • good understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures and safety regulations
