Looking to brew some magic? Sodexo are seeking coffee enthusiasts to join our teams as a Barista! across the United Kingdom! You can find a position that fits your lifestyle and career goals, whether in a bustling city centre or serene countryside locations!

If you have a knack for crafting delicious brews and creating a welcoming atmosphere, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and speciality beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment, ensuring that you adhere to health and safety standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations as needed
• Continuously uphold our quality standards, ensuring beverages meet the customers expectations
• Collaborate with team members to create new and seasonal coffee offerings and promotions

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience working as a Barista in a shop or a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
