Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your workstation, adhering to food safety standards at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
  • Assist with mentoring junior members of the team, ensuring meeting our quality of standards

What you bring:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Flexibility
