What you'll do:

• Monitor performance and promote growth, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding business expectations.
• Prepare accurate financial information, track service performance against budget, and provide monthly reconciliations.

• Marketing through various means, maximising selling opportunities, and patronage and customer loyalty

• Develop a team approach to enhance sales opportunities and embed a strong sales culture.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver services to the agreed contract standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, actively championing a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets in retail services
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety, hygiene, and ideally licensing requirements.
