- Shift Pattern: Monday- Thursday 09:45-16:45 and Friday 09:45 -15:15
- 31 Hours per week
- £12.00 per hour + Sodexo Benefits.

Job Introduction
Are you a a friendly and organised individual with a knack for providing excellent customer service. Sodexo are looking for a Brand Store Host in (Diageo Edinburgh, Park 11 Lochside Place, EH12 9HA) to create a positive impression to our clients and visitors and to be the heart beat of our corporate retail space!
Accountabilities:
- Creating & booking in purchase orders
- Managing stock levels ensuring all events and customer requests are catered for (including internal & external events)
- Overall responsibility for stocktaking
- Daily Cashing up/Banking
- Receipt of goods (manual handling)
- Creating & managing all customer accounts
- Maintaining online Brand Store ordering App
- Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times
- Identify & report any imperfections on products
- Creating & managing DHL bookings via online booking system
- Communicating with Site via online internal portal
- Weekly spot checks on stock levels within the Brand Store, Bar and Site display stock
- Weekly PCI check
- After training will be expected to fully understand and operate the Nisyst tilling system
- Assisting and being part of the efficient operation of an IFM team by providing internal cover in other departments, taking initiative in colleagues absence from work area and covering when required
- Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your work place, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH. Ensure the safety and security of company and client property
- Complete all records as directed accurately and in timely manner
- Report all complaints and compliments to line manager, taking action where practicable
What you’ll do:
- All request completed in timely manner.
- Discrepancies reported to Line Manager
- Deliver a consistent high level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
- A positive working environment where the ‘One Team’ culture is evident and actively followed
- Work to and comply with all KPIs.
- All tasks completed within service levels.
- Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
What you bring:
Essential:
- Experience of working in multi tasking environment
- Retail & merchandising experience
- Presentable and personable
- Knowledge of H&S
Desirable:
