Heritage Portfolio have an exciting new opportunity for an Event Sales Executive to join our amazing team based at Perth Racecourse, Scotland's most northerly racecourse!
With the popularity of our beautiful venues and events continuing to grow, we are excited to expand our Sales & Events team and welcome exceptional new talent into this newly created role.
You will be responsible for reactive sales enquiries providing our customers with a motivating and exemplary sales experience and identifying their needs to convert opportunities at a consistently high level. Being creative with solutions to fulfil client requirements and proactively building a local presence will be key to your success. This role would suit someone with a strong interest in local networking who is consistently driven to initiate action and achieve results.

What you'll do:
- Exceed targets by providing customers with a motivating and exemplary sales experience.
- Manage sales enquiries through venue client bookings inbox.
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, logging all enquiries and updating notes and status as required.
- Prepare proposals and bespoke requests for all clients.
- Conduct all venue site visits and complete all follow ups.
- Work closely with Venue General Managers and Event Design team to ensure smooth customer journey.
- Assist with entertaining, sales missions, networking and exhibitions and at all times act as an ambassador for both Heritage Portfolio and the venue client.
- Achieve personal KPI's to be agreed with Line Manager
