As part of a highly dynamic, proactive, multi-disciplined and professional Facility management team, you will be responsible for the highest level of front of house, guest experience and events support services.

In this role you will act as ambassador for our key corporate blue-chip client, a leading technology company, creating the best possible first impression for all guests.  You will be responsible for creating experiences that make guests feel important, and through this interaction they receive an enhanced experience. You will ensure world class service is being delivered.

Main Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Offering ‘best in class’ first impression experience
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the key stakeholders within the building
  • The first point of contact for the team
  • Conducting daily audits to ensure all building maintenance issues are immediately escalated
  • Provide an individual experience to everyone that use the facility with a goal to create memorable positive experiences
  • Support the delivery of the Front of House services
  • Offer guidance and support to all unannounced visitors
  • Co-ordinate events, catering and meeting the needs of all customers,
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to the Facilities Manager

The Ideal Candidate

What you bring:

  • Background and previous experience within a high-profile client or facilities management environment
  • Personal career history of delivering Service Excellence within high profile environments
  • Successfully managed high performing teams within a facilities management environment
  • Knowledge of event management and delivering high profile events
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a confident, polite and approachable manner
  • Experience of working with processes and procedures
  • Graduate calibre
  • Experience of designing and implementing guest experience strategies
  • Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders that has improved the image of the business
