Hospitality Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo has over 40 years of experience supporting the defence forces of the UK, the US and France. We support individuals, the community and the environment on base, working with military leaders to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of personnel across all military services.

We are recruiting for a Hospitality Manager to manage all functions at Garretts Clubhouse, Aldershot Garrison. They will support the service manager with compliance and running of the clubhouse.

You will have proven front of house experience in the hospitality, hotel or catering sector and some knowledge of the military. You will be resilient, manage your time effectively, possess good communication and customer service skills and be able to handle multiple priorities.

Leading from the front you will have responsibility for a team of 10 members of staff and oversee the following;

• Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
• Stock Control
• Audits
• Staff training

Though this role will be prominently Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible to work weekends, early and late shifts as required to meet business needs.
