Job Introduction

As a Kitchen Porter at Sodexo in Nothing Hill Prep School, you are also a helping pair of hands and a strong multi–tasker. This role includes supporting the serving of our vibrant meals and ensuring that all work areas are kept clean and tidy. Your cheerful customer service puts a smile on people's faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. What you’ll do:   

  • Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations 
  • Serve and replenish food from counters and steam table and break down stations at the end of meal periods 
  • Interacts with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas   
  • Assist with deliveries and replenishing stock

What you bring: 

  • Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others 
  • Basic food-handling skills 
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) 
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • No previous work experience required
