About the role

At Sodexo, we are passionate about food, and we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. To provide this great service, we’ve a dedicated Catering Team behind us, and we have a great opportunity for a Mobile Catering Supervisor to join us!

This is to cover the Central Midland areas at various sites. We need someone who holds a clean UK Driving License for the role. Travel time is inclusive and a Van and Fuel Card are provided

You’ll be super organised and motivating in supervising a team to ensure, that we deliver service excellence across our catering day to day operation. Always ensuring that Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations) are maintained and followed.

Top notch admin skills are required, as you’ll keep on top of stock rotation, schedule deliveries, and communicate frequently back to line managers regarding reporting figures, deadlines, proposals for service improvement and day to day operations.

A customer facing role must go hand in hand with a warm, welcoming smile, as being exceptional in the moments that matter… Customers will always remember how you made them feel.

A few things about you

It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role with supervisory responsibility. You'll need to have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork. As Sodexo highly promotes a 'one team' ethos.

Experience working in a similar industry (i.e. catering or food production) with the ability to adapt quickly to new tech systems (EPOS or other till systems) and have previous experience supervising a team would be great.
