Job Introduction

Role Purpose

To take responsibility for the maintenance and development of all Prestige Nursing & Care’s digital recruitment activity -  platforms, channels and all associated social media presence.

To establish, monitor and develop effective and constructive relationships with the organisation’s external marketing partners and consultancies, ensuring that our digital performance is maximised to its optimum and that the business is fully benefiting from our digital marketing spend.

To advise and report on current performance, trends, market activity and technological developments and to manage any projects that our future plans require, including the business cases necessary to justify key investment in our digital footprint.

Main Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities

  • To take full oversight and ownership of all our digital recruitment activity – planning, calendars, campaigns and reporting
  • To work with all our external partners and suppliers to ensure that each is performing to potential and to address any issues around delivery or process that require attention
  • To generate, assess and regularly report on targets and stretch for each of our digital platforms, working in partnership with key internal stakeholders to align with strategic objectives
  • To report on tracking, reporting, and analysis of website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • To ensure that ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across all platforms for maximum reach, including content recommendations
  • To take responsibility for the regular, formal and informal measurement, reporting and continuous improvement of all digital marketing data provided to the business for a variety of purposes
  • To contribute to the development of all systems, dashboards and reporting and the evaluation of any new initiatives in line with market trends, advances in technology and creative planning
  • To work closely with key operational stakeholders in each region, fostering a collaborative approach to the delivery of marketing for each Region, advising around best practice, market, competitor and campaign activity
  • To contribute to the ongoing improvement of end to end processes and focus on the Candidate Journey and experience, including the onward development of our website and jobs pages
  • To work with external partners to ensure that all campaigns, marketing, advertising, channel management and media is up to date and optimised for best results against target, with data based decisions clearly evidenced
  • To manage internal marketing campaigns to support recruitment such as RAFs, welcome bonuses/campaigns etc – managing and developing the suite of tools we have and planning the annual/pulse roll out of these across all our internal platforms
  • To manage and address candidate and new starter reviews and feedback across all platforms – inc. Indeed, Glassdoor, Google etc

Reporting and principal internal relationships

  • Reports to Head of Workforce & Culture
  • Line Reports – None at present
  • Key relationships with (HO Marketing, HO of Workforce & Culture) HO Ops, HO IT, HO Finance, RM’s, RLT/Sodexo IT/Digital
  • External Recruitment Marketing & Brand partners (inc. Creed Comms/Indeed/Disruptiv Media)

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • At least 5 yrs digital recruitment marketing experience  (inhouse or agency)
  • Strong MS package experience – Excel/Word/PPT
  • Robust capability in SEO, PPC and Google analytics etc
  • Systems and reporting ability – ATS/PowerBi/Dashboards etc
  • Experience of systems integration, process mapping and project implementation
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle (national travel required)
