Job Introduction

We currently have a vacancy for a cook to join our team at an Approved Premise (AP). Working alongside the National Probation Service (NPS) the team at APs work in secure homes for Ex-Offenders who are on license from the prison service and are making the transition back into the community.

Mealtimes are key to the normal daily operation of the property, as they help to provide a sense of routine and structure that, in turn, contributes to positive health and wellbeing for the residents.

Full training, uniform, and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to you from day one.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked as a cook before but what does matter to us is taking pride in what you do. A willingness to learn and develop new skills is a bonus too.
