About the role

To provide this excellent service, we have a team of fantastic team of General Catering Assistants that help to serve those vibrant, colourful, and nutritious dishes. And we have an opportunity for you to join our close-knit team at the Wellington College!

Being the first face many of our colleagues and students will see, you’ll be a role model when it comes to what great service will look like. You’ll be serving our enticing dishes, assist with cash handling and ensuring all service areas are kept hygienic and glistening.

We want you to bring your great communication skills, strong teamwork ethos and your positive can-do attitude.

Being a team player is important, but you’ll also need to be able to work well on your own! Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!

The Ideal Candidate

Ideal candidate • Previous catering experience • Working within a team • Food hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given) • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
