Job Introduction

About the Role

We are looking for a good all rounder to join the team at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys. You will be able to work in various areas of production including preparation of main meals and baking of our cakes, cookies and traybakes. At lunch you will be assisting in the service of the menu and supporting the front of house teams.

We have occasional functions which you will be expected to work on and you will be paid for this extra work.

Being part of a busy team will allow you to demonstrate your excellent service standards, as well as give you opportunities to prepare, cook and present delicious, fresh dishes for our students and staff.

You’ll need to have:

·       NVQ Level 2

·       Food and Hygiene and Health and Safety Certificates

Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow so good knowledge of HACCP, COSHH procedures and Food Hygiene Regulation is vital.
